Here are some links that I have found interesting, that perhaps readers of my blog would find interesting.
Sources
(Roughly in descending order of how closely I followed them over the last few years.)
Slate Star Codex / Astral Codex Ten: blog. Philosophy, politics, psychiatry, rationalist community.
Effective Altruism Forum: forum. Philosophical and, especially, practical side of social movement trying to leverage limited resources for high impact.
We Are Not Saved: blog. Nassim Nicholas Taleb fan, SSC fan, pro-tradition, pro-religion, pro-risk management, critic of rationalists and EAs.
Plough: magazine (online and in print). Christian humanist (pro-humanities, pro-human nature), pro-embodiment and -nature, implicit critic of some aspects of rationalist and EA project.
Andy Edwards: YouTube channel. Music history, cultural history, aesthetics. I see him as a fan of amateurism, of emotion in music as opposed to perfectionism. (Mostly watched his general videos, not his top 10s, but some jazz fusion and prog videos.)
New Wine: website, YouTube. Major source for me: holiness, biblical harmony, just afterlife (people have a fair chance at heaven).
Links
Under construction (I think.) But see also my subreddit where I post links.
