One might be afraid of death or emotional pain or of not thinking in a socially-acceptable way, or have other fears related to values like love or altruism, or have some other practical epistemology posted here before, but you might also be afraid of failing to obey God, of not acting when there was some task he wanted (or even needed) you to perform, and that could found your practical epistemology.
