Morality could be a cloud. It is constantly changing and is seen from many different angles. It is sometimes roiling and ready to put out lightning and hail. Other times it is light, complex, puffy, and calm, lit up by sunlight. Other times it is thin and even has a break that lets the sun through.
So people say different things about this cloud at different times, and say different things from different physical locations (in different countries). But, everyone sees a cloud. (That we all say "should" is us all seeing the same cloud, even if we disagree on what should be.)
