Fact is that which claims the right to be freestanding truth.
Freestanding truth can do or build anything, according to certain rules, can be taken mechanically and driven to any conclusion, regardless of lived reality or human well-being.
"I am a fact -- I can be far-reaching with any consequence, to the ultimate. I can be taken to any logical conclusions, by myself or in combination with other human facts. I can potentially be relevant to all other facts -- I am relevant, prima facie. I am unchanging through time -- in my essence, at least. I am a bringer of truth in my being, I make truth. I render things trustworthy by my might and determination, by my focus and endurance."
This is a description of will, and is what a fact might say if it were a person.
